Medical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Medical Superintendent to oversee and manage hospital operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, medical administration, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical administration and medical billing, along with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Manage hospital budgets, resource allocation, and administrative processes effectively.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee medical billing processes and ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely reimbursements.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and management to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Handle audits, inspections, and other regulatory requirements from government and healthcare bodies.
• Address patient grievances and ensure a culture of empathy and service excellence.

Key Requirements:

• MBBS/MD or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1015 years of experience in hospital administration or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, hospital management systems, and healthcare operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure.
