Qualifications and Skills

B.Sc. in Fire & Safety, B.Tech. in Fire and Industrial Safety,

and related advanced diploma and postgraduate programs in fields like Occupational

Health and Safety

Must have Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing side.

• Excellent knowledge of local safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance with governmental laws and organizational policies.
• Proven experience in safety management or a related field within the FMCG industry to bring relevant insights and safety practices.
• Risk Assessment (Mandatory skill) to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks effectively in the workplace.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate safety data, developing solutions and recommendations for improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to train and raise awareness among employees about safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ability to conduct thorough safety audits and inspections, ensuring all safety measures are up-to-date and functional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to create detailed safety reports, presentations, and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees to enhance their awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Investigate any accidents or incidents occurring at the facility to prevent future occurrences and ensure workplace safety.
• Coordinate with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and promote best practices in all operations.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained in a safe condition through regular assessments and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Participate in safety committee meetings to formulate effective safety strategies and improvements based on the latest industry trends.
