Position Name: Sales Officer

Industry - Lubricants, Auto ancillary (tyres, batteries, spare parts)

Qualification: Graduate

Reporting To:Area Business Manager

Job Profile:

Professional Skills:

  • To achieve primary and secondary sales as per target assigned
  • Appoint new Retailers and IWS.
  • Increase counter share at existing Retailer and IWS.
  • Merchandising and Product Display at Retailers and IWS.
  • Promote Mechanic Loyalty Program to Mechanics
  • Conduct BTL promotional activities in the assigned territory.
  • Reporting in specified formats at specified frequency.

Skills Required:

  • Preferred Experience: Sales for Lubricant Aftermarket or Spares Aftermarket.
  • Must be good in Local Language
  • Must be able to read/ write simple English
  • Must have own Two-wheeler
  • Lubricants knowledge and competition awareness (preferred)
