We are looking for a skilled Telecom Engineering Advisor with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom engineering and administration, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support for Mitel administration, VOIP issues, and ACD call tracking.
  • Administer the ACD call tracking boards for IT Help Desk, MaRC, SAC, and W2 Hotline.
  • Work on acquisitions to migrate employees onto the new Mitel system.
  • Offer 2/3 level support for all VOIP issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of telecom engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Mitel systems and administration.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
