About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Manager (Female) to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to optimize content.
  • Manage on-page and off-page optimization activities.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and ensure website health.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to achieve SEO goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor the SEO team to deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or similar role (3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with website analytics and keyword research tools.
  • Solid understanding of link-building strategies and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and technical SEO practices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Good English communication skills
