The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of architectural projects from initial concept through construction. The role requires a balance of creative design thinking, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure innovative, functional, and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and project updates.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or construction issues.
  • Support sustainable design practices and innovative materials use.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
