About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our sports & entertainment organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong UI design skills, a good understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
  • Design banners, social media creatives, landing pages, and app/web screens for sports & entertainment campaigns.
  • Develop visually appealing layouts, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas for sports events, promotions, and entertainment content.
  • Prepare assets for development, ensuring proper hand-off and design specifications.
  • Conduct basic user research and gather feedback to improve design usability.
  • Stay updated on design trends in UI/UX, sports branding, and entertainment visuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience as a UI Designer / Figma Designer.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to design creative banners, posters, thumbnails, and digital graphics.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design for mobile and web.
  • Knowledge of tools like Photoshop / Illustrator is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing your Figma work (mandatory).
