We are hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) with up to 0- 2 years of post-qualification experience for the role of Audit Manager-NBFC & BFSI.

The role involves managing audit engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality insights across the Non-Banking Financial and BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute statutory, Bank, and risk-based audits.
  • Review internal controls, financial statements, and regulatory compliance (RBI, IND AS, Companies Act).
  • Identify process gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and ensure timely closure of audits.
  • Coordinate with client management and mentor team members.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
  • 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in audit or assurance
  • Exposure to NBFC/BFSI audits preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and audit tools
