Role & responsibilities

  • Sales and order collection: Visit a set number of shops daily to collect orders and meet sales targets.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and shopkeepers.
  • Market development: Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand the company's market reach.
  • Product management: Ensure the consistent availability of key products in the right markets and manage stock for next-day deliveries.
  • Reporting: Submit daily reports on field activities to a supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Minimum of 12th pass is often required, with eligibility for graduation.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience is beneficial, but some roles are open to candidates with 0-6+ years of experience.
  • Vehicle: A two-wheeler Mandatory.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with customers and distributors.
