The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for distillery power plant maintenance and Breakdown attending of systems and machinery. Daily tasks include utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, conducting daily Preventive Maintenance and managing engineering activity from inception to completion. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to quality and sustainability standards.
