Work Mode: 60% work is remote, 40% travel needed to client place OR can be as per client requests(PAN India)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations: requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
  • Implement and enhance ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management using ServiceNow.
  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows (using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration, and scripting).
  • Create and manage business rules, script includes, UI actions, UI policies, and other server/client-side scripting to enhance platform functionality.
  • Optimize platform stability, performance, and security by following best practices and ITIL standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting, post-implementation support, and platform maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and processes comprehensively.
  • Assist in platform upgrades, patches, and new feature releases.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  • Strong problem-solving,coding and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist certifications for ITSM, ITOM.
  • Experience with Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Security Incident Response, ITOM - AIOPS and Licensing is a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
