job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and responsible Tele-Calling Executives for our Bank Collection & Customer Support Process. The role involves handling outbound calls for payment collections, explaining due details, updating customer information, and providing excellent customer support for banking-related queries. Candidates must have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:Bank Collection Process
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan/credit card EMI dues.
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly.
- Remind customers about pending payments and motivate them for timely repayment.
- Negotiate and convince customers for part payment, settlement, and full payment as per policy.
- Update call remarks, payment commitments, and follow-up details in CRM.
- Adhere to RBI and company compliance guidelines while handling collection calls.
- Escalate critical cases to the team leader when required.
Customer Support Process
- Handle incoming calls related to banking product queries, balance information, and general support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within TAT.
- Maintain professionalism, customer satisfaction, and call quality standards.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Record all customer interactions in the system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
