Group Centre of ExcellenceThe Group Center of Excellence (COE) team was established with a vision to drive transformation across the Biocon Group by adopting a lean culture enabling continuous improvement, delivering right-first time consistently, enhancing efficiency, productivity, agility, and being world-class to serve patients affordably. The key intent is to create, pilot and integrate all continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives that deliver Enterprise Excellence (EE) across the Group Companies under one overarching, umbrella framework. Supported by a seamless digital infrastructure, the EE framework enables enhanced cross-functional collaboration with a common strategic direction.
This role will provide the opportunity to be part of group-wide initiatives. Primary Job Responsibilities will include the following:1) Initiate, Implement, Measure, Monitor and Track the progress of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) & Operational Excellence (OE) Implementation across the Group.2) Support Planning, generate and publish MIS & analytics for TPM, OE across the Biocon Group of Companies3) Support and coordinate for implementation of Enterprise Excellence Models4) Support and coordinate with other Teams (including PMO) within and outside for any events as directed.5) Any other tasks assigned within the function including sensitizing Functional Leadership on critical issues. Experience / Skills: 2-3 years of work experience Hands on Experience & Knowledge in managing, coordinating and implementation of TPM.
Experience of TPM implementation in Pharma is desirable Skilled in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Office Applications Good Presentation, interpersonal, verbal & written communication in English along with excellent problem-solving skills. Go-getter approach and attitudeEducation: Bachelors / masters degree in science or engineering.
MBA in Quality Management or TQM would be an added advantage. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Black Belt Trained Experience in Pharma (extremely desirable, not necessary)
