Job Title: Tele-calling Team leader

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele-calling team leader to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling team with outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers.

Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements & Skills:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support.

Customer Handling: Ability to engage customers and handle objections effectively.

Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
