Job Description:

Role: PSA Engineer Distribution

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida

Experience: 8-15 years

Required Technical Skill: ADMS and AEMS

Education: M. Tech or PHD in electrical engineering

Must have:

  • The PSA Engineer will be responsible for meeting business objectives by developing practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals, coordinating with cross functional teams and driving closure on customer issues raised on ADMS & AEMS products
  • Responsible for addressing customer issues and concerns with ADMS applications such as SCADA, DMS, OMS etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate, diagnose, and resolve any issues impacting system performance or functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support for defect management and work on root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Running the scripts for FAT, SAT Testing and post analysis & investigation and categorization of defects.
  • Manage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and system synchronization across multiple environments.
  • Implement best practices for replication, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Monitor replication performance and troubleshoot issues related to data replication across systems.

  • ADMS
  • C, C++, C#
  • Oracle SQL
  • Experience in Linux, SQL, Python, Docker, Jenkins

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

  • Direct experience installing, maintaining or supporting ADMS products including DMS Applications, DNAF, OMS, Storm Assist and DER.
  • Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ADMS solutions are aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
