Job Description :

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging software and platform experiences that effectively meet user needs. You will blend thoughtful interface design and seamless workflows to enhance overall user satisfaction.

As a UX Designer, you should be both analytical and creative, capable of understanding user behaviors and solving complex design challenges. A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX and technical projects is essential to demonstrate your skills.

Your contributions will directly improve product usability, making it more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand product specifications and user psychology to guide design decisions

- Conduct concept testing, usability testing, and gather actionable user feedback

- Develop detailed user personas based on research and data analysis

- Define and evaluate interaction models for optimal user experience

- Design wireframes and prototypes aligned with customer needs and business goals

- Innovate creative solutions to UX problems such as usability and findability

- Collaborate closely with UI designers to implement attractive and effective designs

Requirements & Skills :

- Proven experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer, with 4-8 years in the field

- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and successful outcomes

- Deep understanding of interaction design and information architecture principles

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.

- Analytical mindset paired with strong business acumen

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
