Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fleet Operations:

  2. Manage the operation of Half Body Trailers deployed on the West to South India route.

  3. Driver Management:

  4. Strong hold on managing drivers operating in the same segment (West to South route).

  5. Monitor driver performance, compliance with schedules, and adherence to safety protocols.

  6. Provide guidance and support to drivers on route planning, enroute challenges, and regulatory compliance.

  7. Route Knowledge & Planning:

  8. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the West to South India route, including alternate paths, best practices, and potential bottlenecks.

  9. Plan trips to optimize transit time, fuel efficiency, and costs, ensuring timely deliveries.

  10. Enroute Expenses Management:

  11. Manage and control Border and RTO-related expenses incurred during transit.

  12. Ensure proper documentation and timely settlement of enroute expenses.

  13. Advise drivers on expected enroute expenses and regulatory requirements at border checkpoints and RTOs.

  14. Maintenance & Compliance:

  15. Ensure Half Body Trailers remain in good operational condition.

  16. Ensure proper fitness, registration, permits, and other statutory compliances are up to date.
