What impact you'll make:
The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. The ERP Finance Technical Program Manager will help accelerate our journey to become a self-sustaining, world class ERP organization. This role will lead a highly skilled global partner team who are responsible to support successful delivery in a complex landscape of ERPs. The candidate will set goals & objectives on business outcomes, agree on supporting ERP capabilities and critical design decisions, as well as deployment and continuous improvement priorities for Finance ERP scope.
Job DescriptionWhat you'll do
Build strong partnership with Finance functional stakeholders; Collaborate with business, functional partners and technology leadership to define strategic and tactical roadmap of Finance ERP Digital Capabilities today in SAP PowerMax and longer-term in Cloud-native ERP.
Responsible for driving scope, practices, and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes including but not limited to SAP PowerMax. Develop Target process model & solution design for business functions to provide productivity and drive alignment across all affected functional stakeholders applying lean methodology and emerging technologies (AI).
Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.
Manage risk and dependencies between organizations. Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders as well as Data Lake reporting and Finance ecosystems. Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
Act as the subject matter expert for Finance area processes and supporting applications functionality. Gather Requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience or equivalent knowledge.
Significant technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.

Proven expertise in program management, with a track record of successful project delivery; Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization.
Understanding of AI, Machine learning and data science with specialized focus on Generative AI & prompt engineering.
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives.
Demonstrated ability of working with senior-level stakeholders to define, lead, and implement process and tools strategy to drive process improvement changes.
Ability to develop partnership with cross functional teams and develop an inclusive & collaborative environment. Uses critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions.
Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization. Ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity. Influences and energizes others toward the common vision and goal. Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal in the face of unfavorable odds and setbacks.
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills; communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
