Jobdescription: Project Manager Position: Project Manager Employment type: Full -Time Work Locations: Technopark (Trivandrum) Experience: 12+ yearsResponsibilities ·       Project Planning and Management: Developcomprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, andbudget management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, andwithin budget.·       Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverseteam of developers, designers, and QA professionals. Facilitate collaborationand communication among team members.·       Client Interaction: Serve as the primary pointof contact for clients. Understand client requirements, manage expectations,and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.·       Risk Management: Identify potential risks anddevelop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans asnecessary to address any issues.·       Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverablesmeet quality standards and client specifications. Coordinate with QA teams toconduct thorough testing and validation.·       Technical Guidance: Provide technical insightsand guidance to the team. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technicalchallenges.·       Reporting: Generate regular status reports forstakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues. Conductpost -project evaluations and report on outcomes.Required Skills: ·       Strong leadership and team managementcapabilities·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·       Skilled in using project management tools suchas Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project·       In -depth understanding of web and mobileapplication development processes·       Strong problem -solving abilities with keenattention to detail·       Capable of managing multiple projectseffectively under pressure·       Proficient in Microsoft Azure and cloud -basedproject environment.  Qualifications · Education: Bachelor's degree in computerscience, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is aplus. · Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or otherrelevant project management certifications are a plus. · Technical Background: Prior experience insoftware development, web technologies, or mobile app development is highlydesirable.
