l Customer/Client facing experience.

Good to Have Skills :

l Good understanding of License Fulfillment.

l Clear written & oral communication skills
with internal & external customers.

l Sound analytical & interpersonal skills

l Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills

l Training experience will be handy.

l Experience in working on Any CRM.

Roles and Responsibilities :

ØSupport Request received on any CRM Tool i.e
related to software license fulfillment.

ØValidating data received and working with sales,
customer and technical team on License
Provisioning and customer support cases.

ØTrack progress of request received.

ØUse existing knowledge base to provide a customer
facing root cause assessment.

ØAble to handle customer inbound/ outbound call
/chats and respond on time maintaining SLAs.

CTC Range :

3.5 lpa (lakh per annum)

Note :

The Process lead role reflects a bridging role between
supervision and executive layer. This role is responsible
as a subject-matter expert and fulfills any training/
knowledge deficiency and documentation in the process.
At the same time work along with executive layer
as guide and senior member. This role is important
from a management perspective as it is the
connecting role between people and process.
