Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

Fasteners King Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the fasteners industry, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage and support sales operations for our UAE clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or client handling, preferably in international trade or the fasteners industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with UAE clients for inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Communicate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication, sales data, and reports.
  • Handle client calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English proficiency is a must.
  • Experience handling international clients (preferably UAE-based) will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-centric approach.
