Job Description

  2. Ensure compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, LODR Regulations, Insider Trading Regulations and such other regulations, notifications and circulars applicable to the Company/subsidiaries.
  3. Provide timely support for smooth conduct of board/committee/shareholders meetings of the Company and its subsidiaries, including preparation of notices, agenda, minutes etc.
  4. Assist in drafting the Board's report and annexures as applicable to the Company and its subsidiaries.
  5. Prepare & maintain statutory registers and ensure that they are updated regularly and ensure proper and accurate record maintenance as required as per the statutory requirements
  6. Prepare and ensure timely submission of ROC forms, intimations, press releases and other disclosures as required under the Companies Act 2013 / SEBI Regulations.
  7. Coordinate with the statutory/secretarial/internal auditors and ensure timely completion of audit.
  8. Assist in special assignments such as Postal ballot/shareholder resolutions, director/KMP appointments, and fund-raising activities.
  9. Prepare Power of Attorney's/Letter of Authorization for the Company/its subsidiaries.
  10. Analyze amendments, circulars and notifications issued by MCA, SEBI, stock exchanges and informed the team on timely basis.
Work Experience

2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
