  • Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions:
  • Investigate quality issues and defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
  • Training & Support:
  • Assist in training staff and production teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments in understanding and adhering to quality requirements.
  • Customer Feedback:
  • Handle customer complaints related to product quality and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
