We are looking for a skilled AthenaOne Systems Analyst with 7-12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with AthenaOne EMR and solution.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to AthenaOne EMR.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on AthenaOne systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug code to identify and fix errors.
  • Participate in the development of best practices and standards for AthenaOne implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development or analysis.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare payor domain, including RCM, claim lifecycle, public and private healthcare insurances, and US healthcare protocol and standards.
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, POS, ICD, CPT codes, HL7 standards, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
