UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces and experiences across websites and web/mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about design systems, usability, and solving real user problems with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
• Design responsive and adaptive interfaces optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency.
• Ensure seamless handoff to developers with clear documentation and design specifications (Figma, Zeplin, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Experience designing responsive layouts and working with modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing 2–3 years of real-world design projects (web and/or mobile).

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (After Effects, Framer Motion, Lottie).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Knowledge of branding and graphic design principles.
