· Lead interior architect design projects from concept to execution across Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial sectors.

· Develop creative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and detailed working drawings.

· Oversee preparation of presentations, material boards, and 3D visualizations for client approvals.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Review and approve design documentation, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and quality.

· Supervise site execution, ensuring design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.

· Guide junior interior designers and support their professional growth.

· Manage client presentations, meetings, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.

· Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation into projects.

· Bachelor's/Master's in Interior Architecture with 5+ years of relevant experience.

· Strong portfolio in Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.

· Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture detailing.

· Excellent design sensibility with ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.

· Good understanding of project costing, BOQs, and vendor coordination.

· Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills to handle clients and teams.

· Ability to multitask and deliver projects within deadlines.
