We are looking for skilled SAP FICO Consultants with 6-12 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in SAP FICO modules.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Implement and configure SAP FICO modules for clients.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using SAP FICO functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO implementation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of SAP FICO configurations and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS-Visio, MS-Project, and SharePoint.
  • Thorough understanding of finance processes, banking domain, company code rollouts, and geo expansion projects.
  • Proven track record for carrying out implementations/roll-outs with multi-geography and multi-user fraternity.
  • Ability to lead/direct and perform the duties of a BA.
  • Engage in cut-over discussions and follow-ups with business to conclude open points.
  • Ensure minimal business disruption during black outs.
  • Accounting or engineering qualification and background.
  • Multi-GAAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on system configuration to delve quick solutions.
  • Good exposure on data migration is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to document and present the to-be process designs and documents.
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders and keep everyone informed of the project status.
  • Excellent team player.
