Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Memory Layout Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The Memory Layout Engineer will be responsible for designing and verifying memory layouts, conducting layout versus schematic (LVS) checks, and performing design rule checks (DRC). Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design and verification teams, optimizing layouts for performance and manufacturability, and ensuring high-quality tape-out of memory designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Memory Layout Design and Verification
- Experience with LVS checks, DRCs, and tape-out procedures
- Knowledge of layout tools such as Virtuoso, Calibre, Assura
- Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and PDKs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
- Experience in IO layout design, analog mixed signal design, and physical design is a plus
