What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a seasoned NetSuite Developer with 8+ years of experience delivering scalable ERP solutions in complex, multi-subsidiary environments. You'll collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations, leveraging deep expertise in SuiteScript, NetSuite workflows.

In this role, you'll lead development efforts across scripting, customizations, and third-party integrations, owning the full development lifecycle from design to support. A strong grasp of ERP processes, proactive problem-solving, and familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools are key to driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions across NetSuite ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, CRM, SuiteBilling, and Fixed Assets.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), Map/Reduce scripts, SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteTalk (Web Services), and SuiteAnalytics reports to support complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and deliver tailored solutions in client-facing and internal stakeholder environments.
• Architect and implement robust integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements for NetSuite users.
• Maintain and optimize advanced PDF templates and custom forms to support business documentation needs.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, version control, and adherence to NetSuite development best practices.
• Create and execute test scripts to validate configuration changes and custom development.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and deployment procedures for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted testing, and proactively adopt innovations to improve development efficiency.
• Leverage intermediate Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking development metrics.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development.
• Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteCloud development and AI-powered tools such as SuiteScript with GitHub Copilot/Tabnine, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, and intelligent automation platforms to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Solid understanding of relational databases for effective data reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Respond to development-related projects/support tickets within SLA's, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Document technical discussions and decisions from meetings into relevant tickets/project repositories.
• Proactively seek clarification on requirements or conduct research to ensure accurate and efficient development.
• Ensure code quality through best practices and maintain version control and deployment discipline across environments.
