Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Sales
• Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for the assigned cluster.
• Drive acquisition of new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Affordable Housing products.
• Identify and develop new markets, DSA/DST/Connectors, and channel partners.
• Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers.
• Ensure training, performance reviews, and capability building for the team.
• Drive accountability and achievement of individual/branch-level targets.
• Operational & Compliance Management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and minimize delinquencies.
• Implement risk management practices across branches.
• Customer & Partner Relationship
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
• Ensure superior customer service delivery and handle escalations effectively.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Track competitor activities and provide inputs for product, pricing, and strategic decisions.
• Contribute to cluster-level business planning and expansion strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
