Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong telemarketing skills and be comfortable manage customer relationships.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Utilise B2B sales techniques to engage with businesses and convert leads into opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated from calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly in English, with the ability to converse in Us English being an advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in US English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
