Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Engineer with 0–2 years of experience (or fresher with strong fundamentals) to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily manufacturing operations, production planning, process improvements, and quality adherence on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely output
  • Assist in planning and execution of production schedules
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and tool room teams to ensure machine availability
  • Analyze downtime and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain production records, shift reports, and process documentation
  • Work with the Quality and NPD teams to support trials and process improvements
  • Ensure implementation of 5S, safety, and lean manufacturing practices
  • Provide technical support to operators and resolve minor process issues
  • Assist in training shop floor personnel for productivity improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering
  • 0–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (Internship/training in similar domain preferred)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes like cutting, bending, welding, and forming
  • Basic knowledge of production planning, process flow, and machine handling
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret technical data
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Surajpur, Greater Noida
