NPD Manager- Kitchenware & Cutlery
Exp: 5–8 years
Location- Kundli
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of cookware, cutlery, serveware & utility items
- Collaborate with design, tooling, sourcing, production & marketing teams
- Manage BOMs, CAD specs, prototypes, packaging & pilot runs
- Benchmark products and refine materials & coatings (non-stick, PVD, triply)
- Ensure food-grade safety and quality compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in CAD, costing, tooling, quality control
- Hands-on experience with tooling, moulds, surface finishing & materials
- Collaborative project management skills and a passion for innovation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
