Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with contractors and consultants, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the approved plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per the design, specification, and schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met on-site.
  • Review drawings and specifications and provide technical input when needed.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Manage material deliveries and ensure resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Maintain site records including daily logs, labor attendance, and quality checklists.
  • Liaise with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and permits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in site supervision of civil construction projects.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420, ₹480,000.00 per year
