DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and changes.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure project requirements are met
  • Maintain plans, project reports, and records.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Track materials delivery status and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Zoho etc) to update and monitor progress of project.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Track expenditures and ensure resource availability
  • Report and escalate issues to the project manager as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day site activities and workflow.
  • Handle labour assignments and monitor workers' productivity and attendance
  • Prepare and process workers' bills
  • Prepare and update material lists
  • Respond to maintenance requests and client issues in a timely manner and ensure satisfaction
  • Site visits at sometimes.
  • Assigning and coordinating with site engineer
  • Coordinating with sales dept, accounts dept, costing dept, purchase dept, digital marketing department etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
