Captain Aquistion & & Onboarding Specialist

What You'll Do:

Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and generate hiring leads for captains

Coordinate the complete onboarding process – documentation, compliance checks, and follow-ups

Maintain captain databases, onboarding trackers, and hiring dashboards

Support the operational hiring requirements across locations

Ensure smooth and timely communication with captains and internal teams

Contribute to additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals

Who You Are:

• Strong communicator with excellent coordination skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and engagement
• Detail-oriented with good knowledge of MS-Excel or tracking dashboards
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
