About the Role We're hiring a smart, mid-level data analyst to help run and improve our internal data systems. You'll work across tools like

Airtable ,

Supabase , and

Metabase

to manage data, approve client sales, and automate reporting.

You need strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do Review and approve sales records submitted by clients via Google Sheets. Manage and update records in Airtable (linked to Bowimi via Zapier). Maintain our data pipelines across Airtable, Supabase, Aircall, and other sources. Write scripts and use APIs to automate processes and reduce manual work. Build dashboards and reports using Metabase to support decision-making. Audit data regularly and improve structure, reliability, and visibility.

Tools We Use Airtable – operational database and workflow engine Supabase – data warehouse Zapier – no-code integrations Metabase – dashboards and reporting

What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, automation, or systems management Strong Airtable skills (bases, views, automations) Working knowledge of SQL and Supabase/PostgreSQL Comfortable with scripting (JavaScript, Python, or ) Clear communicator, independent problem-solver Strong eye for process improvements and clean data

Nice to Have Experience with reporting tools like Looker Studio or Power BI Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
