Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic understanding and familiarity with Finance concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines while adhering to compliance standards
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or customer service are an advantage
