We are appointed as Resolution Professional ( RP )by NCLT and handling cases under IBC. AS an associate you have to assist the RP in performing his duties which including:

  1. Representing RP at NCLT/ NCLAT/ High Court in various CIRP matters.

2 Assisting RP in running the Corporate Debtor ( CD) as going concern.

  1. Assisting RP in conducting CoC meeting.

  2. Drafting minutes

5.. Coordinating in NCLT representation through Advocate.

  1. Accounts & Audit through appointed accountant.

  2. Support in Transaction Audit under IBC through appointed Auditor.

  3. ROC Compliance etc

Wide exposure is guaranteed.

Experienece Required 2-5 Years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
