Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Leads:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Use various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Account Management:
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Gather and report on client feedback and market intelligence.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes and documentation.
