We are looking for a Continental cook Commi I I , with a proven experience in a busy kitchen, for our 4 Star Resort at Ooty.

st Commis - Continental JobResponsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Help in the preparation and portioning of food items.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are used correctly and maintained properly.
• Support the kitchen team with various tasks as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in culinary arts or related field.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
