We are looking for a talented UI Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate product requirements into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.

Role Overview

The UI Developer will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and interactive user interfaces. The role demands strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and cross-platform consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, scalable, and responsive UI screens using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Implement pixel-perfect UI layouts based on design assets from Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize UI for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Create reusable UI components using React or other frontend frameworks (based on company stack).
  • Ensure compliance with UI standards, accessibility (WCAG), and UI best practices.
  • Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend teams.
  • Debug UI issues, perform browser testing, and ensure high reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Maintain component libraries, design systems, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production UI issues and provide quick fixes.
  • Stay updated with latest UI trends and modern tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in 
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major framework:
  •  (preferred) OR
  • Experience with 
    responsive design
    , Flexbox, Grid layouts.
  • Understanding of 
    REST APIs
    , JSON, and async programming.
  • Familiarity with tools like 
    Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn
    .
  • Exposure to 
    UI testing
     frameworks (Jest, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 
    Git/GitHub/GitLab
     workflows.
