Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team at our Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad office. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, hands-on experience with accounting software, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The role involves managing daily accounting operations, purchase coordination, vendor management, inventory control, and supporting the companys overall financial and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy Accounting Software or similar platforms.
  • Handle purchase operations, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers through Google and other platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory records accurately to ensure proper stock management.
  • Negotiate effectively with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
  • Draft and send professional emails to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct payment follow-up calls and send regular reminders to clients.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations as required.
  • Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for productivity and documentation tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in various accounting and administrative duties.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and general computer applications.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Good online research ability (especially for supplier search and comparison).
  • Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
  • Soft-spoken, professional, and a good team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site
