About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Senior Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and others. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness through high-performing ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel ad strategies tailored to campaign objectives (awareness, conversions, retargeting, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize ad accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI - proactively identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, advertising best practices, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, media buying, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success managing budgets and scaling ad campaigns profitably.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with funnel-building, retargeting strategies, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience into performance Marketinga and Media Buying
  • Familiarity with video ad production and UGC content.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
