We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro, with a passion for storytelling through compelling video content. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and production teams to bring visual concepts to life and ensure high-quality deliverables that align with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos for a variety of platforms (social media, web, advertising, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and vision
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and other elements to enhance the final product
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions
  • Maintain a consistent style and tone that aligns with brand guidelines
  • Manage and organize media assets and project files
  • Stay current with industry trends and editing techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
  • Attention to detail with a creative mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus)
  • Basic colour grading and sound mixing skills
  • Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous editing work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tellicherry, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
