Laundry Executive

Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and delivery.
• Ensure all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are processed according to hotel quality standards.
• Monitor the proper use of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain consistent quality control to ensure fabrics are not damaged and stains are properly treated.
• Implement procedures for handling guest laundry, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
• Maintain a proper inventory of linens, uniforms, and supplies, ensuring timely requisitions and replacements.
• Administration
• Maintain accurate records of linen usage, machine performance, and chemical consumption.
• Prepare monthly reports on laundry operations, costs, and inventories.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Guest Service
• Handle guest laundry requests promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction and quick turnaround time.
• Address and resolve any complaints or discrepancies related to laundry services professionally.

Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
