Position: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Khadakwasla, Pune

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in control panel design and electrical systems for industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical design principles, standards, and relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Electrical Control Panels, including power and control wiring.
  • Prepare GA drawings, schematic diagrams, wiring layouts, and BOQs.
  • Selection of appropriate switchgears, transformers, cables, and electrical components.
  • Work on Electrical AutoCAD and EPLAN for creating design drawings and documentation.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for design implementation.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Control Panel Design, Switchgear Selection, and Panel Wiring.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN.
  • Understanding of transformers, circuit protection, relays, and PLC wiring.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
