Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and petty cash transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, dealer accounts, and supplier ledgers.
  • Monitor and manage credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and other financial statements for management review.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and spare parts departments to track revenue and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
