- Candidate must have at least 4-5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect in current or previous roles.

- Candidate should have strong expertise in React, , Azure Cloud, and Python (FastAPI).

- Candidate should have a solid understanding of RESTful architecture, DevOps, and modern cloud-native architectures.

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in Azure Cloud architecture and DevOps tools/practices (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code).

- Candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with strong knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Candidates from service-based companies will be preferred.

- As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for crafting cutting-edge solutions leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks (React, , ), Python (FastAPI), and Azure Cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in shaping system design, driving DevOps best practices, and ensuring that every product and platform we build is secure, scalable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect, Design & Implement Scalable Solutions :

- Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions using modern web frameworks and microservices-based architectures. Build reusable and modular architectures that can handle high traffic and ensure long-term maintainability.

Establish Best Practices & Technical Standards :

- Define and enforce architectural guidelines, coding standards, and development practices across teams. Ensure that the architecture remains aligned with organizational goals and technology strategy.

Lead System Integrations :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and services across multiple domains including APIs, third-party tools, and internal platforms.

Build and Manage APIs & Microservices :

- Architect and lead the development of REST APIs, API Gateways, and Microservices using , Express, , and FastAPI. Design systems that are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership :

- Drive the adoption of Azure Cloud services, leveraging tools like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployments and streamline scalability.

DevOps & CI/CD Leadership :

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to design continuous integration and delivery pipelines, enabling faster, more reliable deployments. Champion containerization, automation, and monitoring practices to ensure smooth and efficient release cycles.

Security & Performance Optimization :

- Lead initiatives focused on optimizing system performance and strengthening application security. Conduct regular architecture reviews and implement performance monitoring solutions.

Mentorship & Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams. Encourage learning, collaboration, and innovation across engineering functions.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation :

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools. Provide insights and recommendations that enhance productivity, performance, and system reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Partner with business, product, and engineering leaders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technology and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : Minimum of 8 years in software development and solution architecture, with demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-grade applications.

- Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in React frameworks, , Express, , and Python (FastAPI).

- Architecture Knowledge : Deep understanding of RESTful API design, API Gateways, Microservices, and Cloud-Native application architecture.

- Cloud Experience : Proven hands-on experience with Azure Cloud architecture, including deployment, automation, and cost optimization strategies.

- DevOps Practices : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).

- Security & Scalability : Solid grasp of application security, performance optimization, and scaling best practices.

- Leadership & Communication : Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and guide teams through technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in architecting SaaS or Enterprise applications.

- Exposure to Event-driven architectures, GraphQL, or Serverless technologies.

- Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.

- Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles.
