Key Responsibilities:

1. Plating Process Development:

2. Assist in the development and optimization of plating processes for various metals and jewelry products.

3. Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate plating solutions and processes.

4. Quality Control:

5. Monitor plating solutions and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

6. Conduct regular testing and analysis of plating solutions and products.

7. Process Implementation:

8. Assist in the implementation of new plating processes and solutions.

9. Ensure that all processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

10. Data Analysis:

11. Record and analyze data from plating processes and experiments.

12. Provide insights and recommendations to improve plating processes and product quality.

13. Safety and Compliance:

14. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Education: MSc Chemistry with 90% marks or above.

2. Skills:

3. Strong knowledge of chemistry and analytical techniques.

4. Ability to work in a laboratory setting and handle chemicals safely.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

7. Freshers: Recent graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
